The Chief Accountant will oversee and manage all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate account reconciliation, preparing regular financial statements, leading audits, and developing financial policies and procedures. The role will also involve managing accounting staff and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Account ReconciliationProficiency in Accounting Software, Excel, and General Ledger ManagementExperience in Managing Audits and ensuring Compliance with financial regulationsLeadership abilities, with experience in Supervising and Developing accounting teamsStrong Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldFamiliar with ERP
