Main responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including purchase and sales accounting, invoice management, payments, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including timely preparation and filing of appropriate documents to local authoritiesAnalyze monthly financial results to ensure they accurately reflect the company’s operations.
Provide insights and forecasts to support business decisionsDevelopment and improvement of accounting processesHandle all aspects of payroll accounting and ensure accurate processingCoordinate with external auditors during audits; provide necessary support to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsSupport overall business expansionCore requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or FinanceProven experience in a Senior Accountant role, with a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle accounting (Chief Accountant experience is an advantage)Excellent command of the English languageStrong familiarity with Lithuanian GAAP and IFRSProficiency in Microsoft Business Central is an advantageHigh level of initiative, ability to work independently, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlinesCreative and effective problem-solving skills with a strong aptitude for management and strategic planningSalary range: Gross salary range: 3300 - 5000 EURWhat we offer Professional growth.
