Across Victoria, our supported employment teams deliver real work with real impact, gardens maintained, cars washed, shops run, and the revenue we generate helps fund more opportunity.The opportunityReporting to the CEO, you’ll own the commercial growth agenda across multiple sites leading high-stakes bids and partnerships while ensuring we deliver on time, on budget, and to quality. You’ll directly lead Sales & Marketing, Horticulture, and Op Shop teams, and work with site leaders to turn tenders into safe, profitable, repeatable work.What you’ll leadGrowth & Partnerships: Open doors with corporates, government and procurement panels; turn social procurement into sustained revenue.Financial Leadership: Manage the commercial P&L; forecast accurately; hit contribution targets without compromising safety or values.Tenders & Pricing: Own bid strategy, margins, and risk; write winning proposals we can execute safely and profitably.Delivery Excellence: Translate scope into schedules, resources and KPIs; hold sites to plan; celebrate wins.Retail Uplift: Lift op-shop contribution—ranging, merchandising, pricing, promotions—through shared best practice.Team & Culture: Coach managers; set clear goals; build capability and morale; role-model inclusion and psychological safety.Brand & Positioning: Present C2A professionally across all touchpoints; be a credible external ambassador.What you bringProven P&L leadership in competitive service environments (NFP, social enterprise, FMCG, facilities, logistics, or allied).You’ve won (and delivered) large contracts; you know pricing, risk, and operational reality.Outstanding stakeholder engagement; you’re as comfortable with a CEO/CFO as you are on a worksite.Leadership that lifts people: Clear standards, kind feedback, performance follow-through.Data-driven judgment: You read the P&L, turn insights into decisions, and move with integrity.Alignment with our values: Integrity, Empowerment, Compassion, Respect, Collaboration.Desirables: horticulture/facilities exposure, retail operations, NDIS/social procurement experience (nice to have, not essential).Why C2A?Scale your impact: Every commercial win creates more meaningful work for supported employees.Executive runway: A role designed for succession-level responsibility.Excellent remuneration plus salary packaging opportunity, travel allowance, flexible work, professional development.We’re values-led and proudly inclusive.
