Chief Commercial Officer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial Director with a strong strategic vision and proven experience in expanding and consolidating private security services at a national level.The ideal candidate will lead the company’s commercial strategy, strengthen key client relationships, drive the opening of new markets, and ensure the profitability and sustainability of contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute the national commercial plan, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.Identify business opportunities in corporate, industrial, residential, and—when applicable—government sectors.Lead and oversee the commercial team, setting clear and measurable goals.Negotiate and close high-value contracts, including private tenders.Coordinate with Operations to ensure proper implementation and service continuity.Monitor key performance indicators (sales, profitability, retention, and geographic growth).Represent the company at industry events and forums.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields (postgraduate studies preferred).Minimum of 8 years of commercial management experience, including at least 3 years in private security or related sectors (e.g., logistics, electronic security, asset protection).Demonstrated track record in key account management, territorial expansion, and B2B consultative sales.Knowledge of the Federal Private Security Law and state regulations.Proficiency with CRM tools and commercial data analysis.Advanced English (mandatory).Willingness to travel nationwide.Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and high-performance team management.Exceptional negotiation and strategic deal-closing skills.Analytical thinking and results orientation.Executive communication and networking abilities.Strategic vision and adaptability to change.We OfferCompetitive base salary aligned with market standards and experience.Performance-based bonus structure.Company vehicle and travel allowances.Professional development and growth opportunities within a leading national security company.
