Now we need another unique individual to help drive our future growth.About Pack TechPack Tech A/S develops and sells innovative packaging solutions for the beauty and personal care industry, as well as for home, garden, and industrial applications. We are in total just short of 100 people in the group spanning across the entire globe.The RoleAs Chief Commercial Officer, you will work directly with the CEO and one of the owners to create and drive key commercial initiatives while closing major sales projects worldwide.You will engage directly with customers, handle projects from first contact to final contract, and coach and spar with our global sales managers to raise performance and ensure strong project execution.This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where international travel is expected.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and drive commercial initiatives that support Pack Tech’s global growth strategy.Drive and close customer projects either independently or together with local sales managers.Stay close to customers, understanding their needs and ensuring smooth project handling from A to Z.Coach and spar with sales managers to improve negotiation, strengthen execution, and secure higher win rates.Provide strategic input and best practices to continuously improve commercial processes and sales structures.Your ProfileWe are looking for an ambitious, sales-driven person who:Has a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably with international exposure.Is a strong communicator, negotiator, and mentor, able to challenge and inspire colleagues across cultures.Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys frequent travel.Has a results-oriented mindset, turning opportunities into signed agreements and long-term partnerships.Wants to develop themselves, elevate others, and help grow the company.What We OfferA key role shaping Pack Tech’s commercial direction and global growth.The opportunity to coach and influence a worldwide sales team while personally closing strategic deals.The chance to work on innovative solutions with major potential.An international environment with passionate colleagues.ApplicationAre you ready to create and drive commercial initiatives while closing deals and lifting a global sales team?
