Our communications function is central to how we build trust, shape perception, and drive engagement across all stakeholder groups—from clients and employees to media, investors, and board members.Position SummaryThe Chief Communications Officer (CCO) will serve as a member of the executive leadership team, responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive global communications strategy that advances the firm’s brand, reputation, and business objectives. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team spanning corporate communications, digital content, social media, influencer strategy, and design, and serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive committee, and board of directors.The CCO will lead high-stakes communications across internal and external channels, including investor relations, board-level messaging, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in integrated communications, stakeholder engagement, and global team leadership, with a proven ability to operate at the intersection of brand, business, and governance.Key Responsibilities• Define and lead a unified global communications strategy that supports enterprise growth, brand positioning, and stakeholder trust• Oversee corporate reputation management, including media relations, executive visibility, crisis communications, and public affairs• Guide brand architecture, narrative development, and visual identity across all channels and geographies• Lead and mentor a high-performing global team across communications, social, digital, influencer, and design disciplines• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive committee on communications risks, opportunities, and positioning• Partner with marketing, HR, DEI, legal, and business unit leaders to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment• Oversee investor communications, including quarterly earnings messaging, shareholder engagement, and financial media strategy• Support board-level communications, including governance updates, strategic briefings, and confidential messaging• Drive innovation in digital storytelling, influencer engagement, and content ecosystems to enhance reach and relevance• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure impact, optimize resources, and inform future planning• Oversee internal communications strategy to foster cultural cohesion, employee engagement, and change management across global offices• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines in all communications practices• Represent the firm externally at industry forums, media engagements, and strategic partnershipsQualifications• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in global communications, brand leadership, or reputation management within professional services, consulting, or B2B sectors• Demonstrated success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple disciplines• Expertise in media strategy, executive communications, investor relations, and board-level messaging• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social platforms, and emerging content formats• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills• Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred - Advanced degree preferred.• Experience operating within matrixed organizations and aligning communications across business units• Proven ability to manage complex budgets, vendor relationships, and global agency partnershipsPreferred Experience• Background in journalism, strategic consulting, or brand publishing• Familiarity with ESG communications, employer branding, and talent engagement• Experience with M&A communications, global change initiatives, or investor-facing messaging• Track record of building scalable communications infrastructure and governance models across regions• Experience navigating reputational risk, regulatory scrutiny, and high-stakes public narratives• Prior engagement with board-level stakeholders and investor communities in publicly traded or privately held firm
