Job Description
Experience Western Chef with menu creation and development.Experience in food preparation, presentation and plating in Western cuisine especially in Sit-Down dining.Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.Maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.Developing and implementing cost-saving measures.Ensuring consistency in food quality and portion sizes.Collaborating with management on budgeting and financial planning.Adhering to health and safety regulations.Handling customer inquiries and special requests regarding food preparation.Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry mainly hotels, fine dining cuisine, restaurants etc.Able to work independentlyTeam player with good communication skills.Good people management skills.Good communication skills.Able to commence work within a short period would be advantageous.Applicants must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays.Work Location: Tai Seng
