Job Position Title- Chief Data OfficerCompany: RiDiK Pte LtdSkills: Data Science, AI/ML initiatives ,data protection regulations,Chief Data Officer Job Description:Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation goalsLead the development of a future-ready data ecosystem that supports innovation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Act as the primary advisor on data-related matters to the executive leadership team (CEO, CIO, CFO)Governance & ComplianceEstablish and oversee robust data governance frameworks, including data quality, privacy, and lifecycle management Ensure compliance with UAE and international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, ADGM standards) Serve as the de-facto Data Manager until permanent appointments are made, especially in public sector engagementsOperational EnablementDesign and activate a target operating model (TOM) for data management tailored to Abu Dhabi’s institutional and sector-specific needsBalance in-house capabilities with outsourced services to ensure scalability and sustainabilityLead stakeholder engagement through workshops, interviews, and surveys to align data initiatives with business goalsInnovation & AnalyticsChampion AI/ML initiatives and advanced analytics to unlock data-driven insights and monetization opportunitiesDrive modernization of data infrastructure, including cloud migration, metadata management, and data virtualizationDevelop and implement success metrics and KPIs to measure data impact and governance effectivenessTeam & CultureBuild and lead a high-performing Office of Data, fostering a data-driven culture across departmentsManage cross-functional teams including data governance leads, analytics directors, and engineering managersPromote continuous learning and development in data strategy, AI, and compliance.Qualifications & Experience15+ years in data leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior positions within government or regulated sectorsAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.Certifications in Lean Technology Strategy, Data Science, or Privacy Compliance are preferred.About CLPS RiDiKRiDiK is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting-edge end-to-end services across banking, wealth management, and e-commerce.
