About The RoleWe're looking for a Chief Digital Architect to lead architecture vision and governance across a multi-brand digital ecosystem defining how customer-facing platforms, data, and Gen-AI applications come together to deliver next-generation experiences.You'll act as the overall architecture authority, aligning strategy and execution across digital, web, mobile, loyalty, integration, and cloud. You'll collaborate with Enterprise, Cloud, and Solution Architects to design a cohesive, scalable, and secure landscape that powers innovation across multiple brands.This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical acumen with strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.What You'll DoAct as the Chief Architect for the enterprise digital landscapeCoordinate across Solution, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture teamsMap and document the current-state architecture across all digital domainsLead architecture reviews of key customer journeys and technology layersDesign target-state architectures and transition roadmaps across platformsDefine architecture for digital workstreams (web, mobile, loyalty, data, integration, cloud)Ensure architectural coherence across Gen-AI, cloud-native, and CX applicationsDrive design reviews, documentation standards, and governance processesRequirements12+ years building and delivering customer-facing digital applications (web & mobile)Expertise in MDM, CDP, CXP, CMS, DAM, and Loyalty platformsHands-on experience with cloud-native applications (Azure or GCP)Experience building and deploying Gen-AI solutionsStrong understanding of software architecture styles, microservices, and DevSecOpsExposure to multi-tenancy and FinOps in scalable cloud environmentsExperience leading architecture teams and collaborating with delivery squadsBroad understanding of retail and e-commerce ecosystemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
