Chief Engineering

ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineering at The Kemilau Ubud located in Gianyar. The Chief Engineering will be responsible for team management, team leadership, engineering management, and project management.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).At least 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry.Proficient in PABX, LAN, POS & PMS Interface.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety systems, and general hotel maintenance.Capable of managing preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.Experience in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of engineering supplies.Ensures compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies.Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
