Job Description

Job Summary• Operate all activities according to the company charter and tasks authorized by the Board of Directors• Implement resolutions from shareholder and BOD meetings• Comply with internal governance regulations• Develop strategic plans; manage and control operations, develop the company in compliance with laws, achieve objectives and shareholder/BOD directionsKey Responsibilities & KPIsPlan, develop, implement and monitor medium- and long-term strategies; take full responsibility for the company’s performance and development; report directly to the Board of Directors and shareholders; monitor and implement annual plans.Plan and approve all necessary policies for the company’s activities; ensure compliance between policies and set targets.Plan, implement and take responsibility for decisions made in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fixed asset liquidation and investment.Organize and implement activities related to company structure, risk management, internal information systems, and ensure legality and compliance.Direct the establishment of internal control systems; review and approve internal control activities under authority.Make decisions and approve financial, commercial, economic and civil contracts within authorized scope.Implement and monitor business and production activities; evaluate and ensure achievement of set targets; direct and approve methods to improve business performance.Implement and monitor advertising activities; build up the company’s image and manage public relations with strategic partners.Implement and monitor finance and investment activities to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.Implement and monitor import-export activities; negotiate for bulk imported materials to ensure timely delivery and quantity requirements.Make decisions to invest in high-value fixed assets, improve infrastructure, and introduce new products and services within authority.Plan and make decisions about human resource strategy; organize and monitor personnel activities to ensure productivity and professionalism.Make decisions and find solutions to resolve serious problems effectively and control risks.Job Requirements• University or postgraduate degree; major in Business Administration, Food Industry or related field• At least 12 years in management or 2–3 years in an equivalent position in large-scale FMCG companies• Strong commercial background in FMCG is highly preferred.• Strategic thinking, excellent leadership, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, time management, change management, negotiation, people management• Deep understanding of business strategy, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.• Other requirements: Good ethics, listening skills, employee care, understanding of domestic market, ability to build corporate culture; Willing to relocate and commit to a long-term career in CambodiaAPPLICATION: Apply directly through the job posting or send an updated CV via email: pthhanh@vinamilk.com.vn*** Please note that only qualified profiles will receive a reply and be contacted for an interview due to the large number of applications Vinamilk receives.
