About the jobOur client is an educational center in the field of IT and FinTech, specializing in the development and implementation of learning programs for both B2B and B2C segments.We are looking for a visionary leader who will build the organizational model of the center from scratch, develop strategy, launch educational programs, and form a strong team and network of partners. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the business strategy, operational model, and roadmap for the training center’s growth.Design and launch educational programs in IT and Finance for B2B clients, with gradual expansion into the B2C segment.Identify, attract, and manage external experts, training institutions, and certification bodies.Organize translation and localization of educational content.Develop and launch premium-level discussion platforms (workshops, round tables) for top managers.Build and lead a team of 3–5 people (project managers, methodologists, coordinators).Design and implement a training effectiveness evaluation system (ROI for clients). Requirements5+ years of proven experience in launching and managing educational projects or training centers (B2B/B2C).Higher education (MBA is a plus) in Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, or IT.Confirmed experience in selling educational services to large corporate clients.Understanding of IT and/or financial industries (banking experience is a plus).Established network of professional contacts among trainers and industry experts.Awareness of modern education trends (EdTech) and methods for evaluating training efficiency.Experience with certification or licensing systems for educational programs is an advantage.Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams and achieve ambitious goals.Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach during the startup phase.Advanced user of MS Office, experience with BI analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24).Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, English is an advantage.Willingness to travel for business purposes.Open to expat candidates.
