On behalf of our customer – a pioneering Medtech company, First North, Nasdaq – we are looking for an interim CEO to drive the Company´s next phase of growth.The new CEO will lead a business with a solid scientific foundation, an established product portfolio, growing international traction. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution — driving commercialization, expanding partnerships and global presence, and strengthening organizational and financial performance.With strong financial backing, the Company is well positioned to accelerate sales globally. Supported by committed owners and an active board, the new CEO will have the mandate, resources, and freedom to shape the Company’s next chapter and secure its position as a recognized leader in its field.Period: TBDScope: Full-timeGeography: Öresund regionRESPONSIBILITIES-Drive commercial growth across international markets, ensuring strong execution and delivery on key targets.-Lead distributor- and partner-driven expansion, optimizing sales performance and strengthening key relationships.-Develop and manage strategic commercial alliances to enhance market access and visibility.-Maintain transparent and consistent communication with investors, the Board, and other stakeholders.-Ensure financial discipline, sound governance, and operational efficiency.-Provide clear leadership and direction, securing stability and execution during transition.
