They seek a visionary CEO to lead strategic initiatives and drive impactful change.ResponsibilitiesFormulate and execute strategies aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.Guide diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals in a competitive environment.Oversee full P&L with a prudent, results-driven financial mindset.Ensure operational integrity and best practices in charitable services.Leverage exceptional negotiation, communication, and people skills to build partnerships and inspire stakeholders.Lead transformative initiatives with a hands-on, visionary approach.QualificationsSolid experience in general management, ideally with experience of the best practice in the non-governmental or charitable organization. Consideration will be given to those top-notch, senior business executives who have solid track record in initiating and managing changes in complex and competitive environment, with strong passion for building a unique career in Non-governmental Organization;Proven tactics in strategy formulation, managing and leading various teams to achieve targeted results;Sound business acumen and proven skills in managing full P&L with prudent financial management mindset;Well versed in the operation of a charitable organization with impeccable integrity;Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;Candidates with lesser relevant experience may be considered for the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
