岗位:印尼办事处负责人( Head of Indonesia Office)•工作地点:印尼雅加达( Location-Jakarta,Indonesia)•汇报对象:集团总裁( Reports To Group President)•岗位职责( Position Responsibilities):●1-转诊协调与流程管理:负责对接印尼与内地的合作医疗机构,全程管理印尼患者转诊手续办理,跟进转诊进度,协调解决转诊过程中的各类问题,确保患者顺利就医;●Referral Coordination & Process Management: Responsible for liaising with partner medical institutions in Indonesia and Mainland China. Manage the entire Indonesia patient referral procedure, track referral progress, coordinate and resolve various issues arising during the referral process to ensure patients receive medical care smoothly.●2-客户服务与关系维护:为国际患者提供就诊全程的支持服务(可能包括转诊中各环节的协调与引导),提升就诊率和满意度;建立和维护印尼客户信息档案,进行数据统计与分析,为业务决策和改进提供依据; Customer Service & Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support services for international patients throughout their medical journey (may include coordination and guidance at various stages of the referral process), aiming to improve the consultation rate and satisfaction. Establish and maintain customer information files for Indonesian clients, conduct data statistics and analysis to support business decision-making and improvements.●3-网络建设与渠道管理:协助团队在印尼建立、维护和拓展高质量的国际医疗供需网络(如医院、医生、保险公司等合作伙伴);●Network Development & Channel Management: Assist the team in establishing, maintaining, and expanding a high-quality international medical supply and demand network in Indonesia (including partners such as hospitals, doctors, insurance companies, etc.).●4-团队搭建与培训:对内部团队及外部渠道商进行国际转诊流程、服务规范、跨文化沟通等方面的培训和考核,协助制作多语言的医疗资料和宣传材料,并提供必要的语言翻译服务; ●Team Building & Training: Train and assess internal teams and external channel partners on international referral processes, service standards, intercultural communication, etc. Assist in developing multilingual medical materials and promotional content, and provide necessary language translation services.●5-集团安排的其他患者转诊支持工作。●Other Referral Support Tasks: Perform other patient referral support tasks as assigned by the Group.●学历背景( Education ):●本科及以上学历。医学、护理、健康管理、国际商务、管理等相关专业优先。●Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference for majors in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Management, International Business, Management, or related fields.●工作经验( Work Experience):●具备5年以上客户服务管理、国际医疗转诊、医疗服务协调或相关领域的工作经验。●Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management, international medical referrals, healthcare service coordination, or related fields.●有跨国公司、国际医疗机构或高端医疗背景工作经验者尤佳。●Experience working in multinational corporations, international medical institutions, or premium healthcare backgrounds is highly advantageous.●熟悉海外医疗体系或具有跨境医疗业务经验者优先。●Familiarity with overseas healthcare systems or experience in cross-border medical operations is preferred.●专业知识与技能( Professional Knowledge & Skills):●语言能力:熟练掌握印尼语、中文、英语。●Language Proficiency: Fluent in Indonesian, Chinese (Mandarin), and English.●医疗知识:具备扎实的医疗常识,对肿瘤疾病有一定认识,有临床医学背景更佳。● Medical Knowledge: Solid understanding of general medical knowledge; some knowledge of oncology diseases is required. A clinical medical background is a plus.●管理技能:熟悉客户服务管理体系、质量管理工具和流程优化方法。具备出色的跨文化沟通能力、团队协作能力和冲突解决能力。●Management Skills: Familiar with customer service management systems, quality management tools, and process optimization methods. Possess excellent intercultural communication skills, teamwork abilities, and conflict resolution skills.
