Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, operations management, business planning, sales, and strategic planning. The CEO will lead the company in executing its business strategies, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the company's growth and profitability. The role also involves setting goals, making high-level decisions, and ensuring the company’s compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications Expertise in Finance and Operations ManagementExperience in Business Planning and Strategic PlanningProven track record in Sales and Revenue GrowthStrong leadership and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and motivate a diverse teamMBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience in the industrial engineering sector or related industries is advantageous
