What You’ll Lead:Commercial StrategyDrive revenue growth through organic expansionBuild and lead a high-performing sales functionForge strategic partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and commercial clientsOversee pricing strategy and margin optimisationOperational ExcellenceScale proven systems while protecting marginsExpand service & maintenance as a recurring revenue streamMaintain installation quality and customer satisfactionCollaborate with the Ops Director on KPIs and performance frameworksStrategic GrowthShape new business lines and market positioningSupport integration of future acquisitionsBuild relationships with financing partners to enhance customer offeringsPosition the company as the premium regional installer brandTeam DevelopmentRecruit and develop top-tier sales, technical, and operational talentCreate career progression pathways for technical staffFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvementPerson Profile: ExperienceProven success scaling B2C/B2B service businesses from £5m to £20m+Sector experience in heat pumps, renewables, or home servicesStrong background in building and managing sales teamsPrior P&L ownership essentialSkills & QualitiesCommercial and operational acumenData-driven decision-makingStrategic thinking with tactical executionExcellent stakeholder managementHands-on leadership style with a builder mentalityComfortable with ambiguity and rapid changeCollaborative, visionary, and passionate about team developmentPlease note that full and permanent right to work in the UK is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
