Reporting to the Group CEO and COO, this position offers a unique opportunity to lead one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-mobility businesses, with the potential to evolve into a Group-level leadership role.The Country CEO will define and execute the strategic direction, growth roadmap, and operational excellence of the Italian entity while steering regional expansion. The ideal candidate is a visionary, multilingual leader with deep industry expertise, a strong commercial instinct, and a proven ability to scale organizations in complex, high-growth markets.This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role for an executive ready to take on a pan-European leadership challengeKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipTranslate and implement the Group’s strategic plan across Italy, France, and Switzerland.Deliver on ambitious financial, operational, and sustainability targets.Identify emerging opportunities and partnerships to strengthen competitive positioning.Drive innovation in electric transport and energy storage solutions.Contribute to Group-wide strategy and governance as a key member of the leadership team.Market Development & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and expand relationships with key customers, institutions, and industry stakeholders.Strengthen the company’s visibility and influence in the e-mobility ecosystem.Represent the company in strategic partnerships, tenders, and regulatory discussions.Operational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, performance, and compliance.Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to meet ambitious business goals.Ensure safety, quality, and sustainability are embedded in all operations.Team & Organizational LeadershipBuild, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams across markets.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation.Champion diversity and talent development across business units.Customer FocusEnsure best-in-class customer experience through reliable, tailored service solutions.Anticipate client needs and drive long-term business partnerships.Profile & Qualifications10+ years of executive experience in energy (BESS, chargers), transport (buses, mini-buses, vans, trucks, or trains), OEM, or public transportation industries.Proven success in market expansion, P&L management, strategic planning and operations.Established professional network in the e-mobility and BESS industry (Italy, Switzerland, France).Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in French or German is an advantage.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, sustainability standards, and European public-sector dynamics.Excellent strategic, financial, commercial and leadership skills.Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred (MBA a plus).Core CompetenciesVisionary leadership with a strong operational backbone and entrepreneurial mindset.Deep market insight and commercial acumen.Proven ability to lead transformation and scaling in fast-growth environments.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration skills.Capacity to inspire, develop, and mobilize teams toward shared goals.Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and long-term value creation.Why JoinThis is a rare opportunity to lead a key regional hub within a pioneering European Group that is redefining the future of mobility.
