Chief Executive Officer - Industrial Distributed Product Supply SectorOur client is looking for an Entrepreneurial results-driven, highly engaging CEO who has a demonstrated track record within a distributed environment of imported industrial products. Strong commercial instincts, knowledge and experience with customer engagement and the ability to drive aggressive growth, global expansion, and a high-performance culture is essential.Responsibilities:Develop and drive a growth focused strategy while maintaining the level of reliability, service and customer centricity that the organisation has been known for over the past 25+ yearsConsistent delivery of YOY revenue and profitability growthIdentify and develop innovation and market expansion – whether geographically, new revenue streams or product developmentNavigate key relationships across all stakeholders including the holding companyOversee working capital, cash flow, and profitabilityNurture, coach and mentor the team to harness their potential in the growth strategy.Building strategic client, supplier, and partner relationships while shaping product portfolios, pricing strategies, and launching new country operations.Championing the brand and its reputation in all instancesExperience and Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a Business related field is essential with a Postgraduate qualification given preferenceAt least 10 years' experience in the distribution of imported industrial product industry with 5 years at executive levelDemonstrated track record of successful growth YOY in a similar organisationExperience in a business of at least R1billion annual turnoverEntrepreneurial, commercially sharp, decisive, engaging leaderMindcor will respond to shortlisted candidates only.
