With 30K subscribers, $1.5M in revenue, and a proven roadmap to $5M, this company is ready for its next phase of explosive growth.Position Overview:We are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this established education brand into its next stage of scale. This is not a turnaround role—it’s a “take what’s working and scale it” opportunity. You’ll oversee strategy, growth, and team development while driving operational excellence across content, marketing, and education. This is a fully remote position with real equity on the table for a leader ready to take a high-performing company to the next level.What You’ll Do:Lead and scale a thriving course-based education company.Oversee and grow a global team of instructors, coaches, and marketers.Develop and execute strategies to scale from $1.5M to $5M in revenue.Drive growth in audience, subscribers, and student success metrics.Strengthen brand positioning and optimize content performance.Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.Manage P&L, operations, and reporting to Rapid Dev leadership.Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative remote culture.Qualifications:5+ years of experience scaling online education or content-driven businesses.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver growth.Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and online courses.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Experience managing instructors, coaches, or creators.Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise.Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling revenue and teams.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Location: 100% RemoteThis is a rare opportunity to skip the “survival zone” and step into a proven business with massive momentum and serious upside. 🚀
