Company DescriptionWe're a team of passionate, visionary, future minded partners who are building a big & disruptive portfolio of Venture Capital + Real Estate new companies with global goals & getting MENA region closer to the future of economy & tech innovation.Role Description (Investment company CEO role):Screening & connecting with candidates now (November 2025) but we're hiring between Q1-Q2 2026.Kuwait based candidates.Key Responsibilities and Tasks💼 The Executive Profile: Global Real Estate Investment CEOWe are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with proven, top-tier executive experience in cross-border real estate investment and fund management, specifically based within the Kuwaiti financial sector.The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated track record of success at the CEO or C-Suite level within major Kuwaiti investment houses (Preferred).Key Experience and Core Competencies (10+ Years)Global Real Estate Portfolio Leadership: 10+ years of senior executive experience overseeing the strategic direction, acquisition, and management of multi-billion dollar international real estate portfolios spanning diverse geographies, including primary target markets like the US, UK, and GCC/MENA (UAE).Cross-Border Transaction Expertise: Deep transactional knowledge, including the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate acquisitions (direct and fund investments), syndications, and divestments, with a clear focus on revenue-generating assets.Strategic Growth & Asset Management: Proven ability to implement sophisticated value-add strategies across international assets (including refinancing, development, and active property management) to generate superior risk-adjusted returns and capital appreciation for Limited Partners (LPs).Financial & Investment Acumen: Mastery of capital markets, investment banking principles, risk management, and the ability to raise and deploy substantial capital rounds (e.g., KWD 6 Million+) from sophisticated institutional and High-Net-Worth investors.Regional Compliance & Governance: Expert knowledge of the Kuwaiti regulatory environment (CMA) and adherence to international compliance and governance standards required for operating funds and subsidiaries in global markets (e.g., DIFC/ADGM in UAE, or US/UK legal frameworks).Disruptive Technology Vision: Forward-thinking leadership with an understanding of digital transformation, FinTech, and Web3 technologies (e.g., tokenization and fractional ownership). The ability to integrate a disruptive technology roadmap into a traditional asset class is highly valued.Educational Background: Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) from a leading international university, ideally in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration, often complemented by professional certifications such as the CFA.
