Strategic planning and monitoring- Financial strategy development: Ensure the financial strategy is consistent with the Group's medium- and long-term development orientation.- Financial forecasting and analysis: Provide important forecasts (revenue, expenses, cash flow) and financial control for early warning.- Investment project analysis: Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, providing a basis for the Board of Directors' decisions.- Budget planning: Establish and establish budget control principles.2. Financial management and operations- Controlling cash flow throughout the system: Balancing revenue and expenditure throughout the system, ensuring liquidity (debt repayment, spending) is not interrupted.- Capital mobilization: Work with financial institutions (banks, credit institutions, investment funds) to ensure sufficient capital for operations and investments.- Payment & Cost Control: Ensure payment transactions are accurate, on time, comply with regulations and optimize operating costs.- Profit Management: Analyze profits by product/channel/member company and propose measures to improve profit margins, optimize business efficiency.- Management Report Analysis: Analyze financial information, periodic management reports and advise the Board of Directors to grasp operational efficiency and make decisions.- Establish and control the financial management system: Ensure compliance with financial, accounting and legal principles.3. Financial Risk Management- Develop a mechanism to deal with and warn of risks from the market (exchange rate, interest rate) and propose strategic adjustments.- Evaluate and advise on risk factors related to investment projects and economic contracts.4.
