They're looking for a highly-experienced CFO to join their existing team, and help steer the company's strategic direction for years to come.MUST BE LOCAL TO SO CAL!!!Chief Financial Officer (on site - Pico Rivera):Must have prior experience in construction or construction engineeringWill oversee all aspects of corporate financial and strategic operationsMust have deep experience with accounting/financial management including budgeting, reporting, yearly audits, construction contracts, % of completion, risk analysis, etcWill develop and implement internal controls and processes at all levelsWill manage an existing team already in placeExperience in a multi-entity reporting environment is highly desirableSalary likely to be $275k-$325k base + bonus, benefits, and moreThis position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1.
