The company's experienced engineers offer support throughout all project phases, focusing on innovation and product improvement to provide the best solutions to clients.As CAS expands its operations and impact, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and drive sustainable growth across multiple innovation projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee financial strategies, including short-term and long-term financial planning and forecasting, aligned with the company's sustainability objectives.Establish and nurture relationships with financial institutions and investment funds to secure funding for sustainability projects, and manage capital utilization efficiently.Lead financial negotiations and maintain partnerships to secure and manage funding, ensuring compliance with financial and project objectives.Analyze the financial performance of projects to ensure alignment with budget and funding requirements, and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.Support the CEO and Board of Directors with financial insights and strategic decision-making, ensuring robust financial risk management.Qualifications At least 05 years of experience in finance.Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.Deep expertise in financial analysis, planning, and risk management.Strong negotiation skills and a wide network in the finance and investment sectors.Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.Deep understanding of project management and sustainability, especially in the manufacturing sector.OpportunitiesJoin a leading company in the field of sustainable manufacturing.Opportunity for long-term career development and contributing to the mission of reducing environmental impact.
