Clopos is a next-generation cloud-based POS solution for restaurant businesses. Founded in 2018 in Baku, the company currently operates active offices in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan, with a team of nearly 80 employees.Clopos serves more than 3,000 restaurant businesses daily, helping them manage sales, inventory, and payments through an integrated SaaS ecosystem.Our mission is to become the leading POS solution in the Food & Beverage sector and evolve into a unicorn company.🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all financial operations in Azerbaijan while consolidating financial reports from Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan;Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial statements;Develop and manage annual budgets and ensure efficient cost control;Analyze revenues, expenses, and profitability by market;Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and payroll regulations;Collaborate with the CEO and management team on financial strategy and planning;Prepare data and insights for investor and board reporting;Maintain transparent, accurate, and timely financial documentation.🎯 RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally within tech, SaaS, or F&B sectors;Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation;Excellent command of English; Russian is a plus;Familiarity with U.S. corporate structure (Delaware C-Corp) is an advantage;Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;Proven ability to coordinate with multi-country teams.💡 What We Offer• A dynamic work environment in a rapidly growing company• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company• The chance to achieve high financial goals by successfully implementing the product• A well-equipped, modern office located in a central area• Complimentary lunch, beverages, snacks, and fruits provided by the company
