The CFO will oversee financial planning, develop and monitor budgets, manage financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include strategic financial decision-making, managing financial reporting processes, providing leadership to the finance team, and ensuring organizational financial health and efficiency. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to align financial strategy with company goals.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance managementProficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial StatementsDemonstrated skills in Financial Reporting and complianceExcellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilitiesProven leadership experience in managing finance teamsA master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA , CPA, CMA, or equivalent certifications preferredExtensive experience in corporate financial management, preferably in the construction or engineering sectorsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
