Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial management and strategy of the organization, ensuring financial stability and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, regulatory reporting, developing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and leading the finance team to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance managementProven capabilities in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingExceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesLeadership, team management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsProficiency in financial software and toolsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA or ICAN) are preferredExperience in microfinance, banking, or a related financial sector is advantageous
