Chief Financial Officer (Fintech - Payment Gateway)

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Financial Technology (Payment Gateway) with the following details:Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) or CPA/CA is highly preferred.Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership position.Fluency in English is required.Proven experience in financial technology sectors, especially in fiber leasing, and credit scoring.Strong understanding of project finance, large-scale infrastructure investments, and capital-intensive operations.Solid knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.Experience in debt/equity financing, investor relations, and working with financial institutions and infrastructure funds.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to infrastructure and digital connectivity projects.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including boards, investors, and regulators.Previous experience with cross-border transactions is a plus.Job Descriptions:Lead the financial strategy and operations of the company’s financial technology business, ensuring long-term financial health and sustainability.Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for infrastructure-related projects.Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic growth initiatives, including expansion of financial technology investments.Structure and manage project financing, including bank loans, investor funding, and government incentives.Monitor the financial performance of financial technology, analyze ROI, and ensure cost efficiency.Develop robust risk management and internal control frameworks tailored for capital-intensive infrastructure operations.Engage with regulators and government agencies to ensure compliance with financial technology-related financial and tax regulations.Lead M&A and partnership evaluations including due diligence and financial integration.Build and lead a high-performing finance team, instilling best practices in reporting, compliance, and business support.Act as a key financial spokesperson for the company in discussions with investors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
