Company DescriptionGheras Alkhairat, a prominent Saudi company, specializes in cultivating high-quality dates, synonymous with the renowned hospitality of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We grow five types of dates, including the famous Medjool dates, known as the "King of Dates". Our Medjool farm, the largest in the Middle East, spans 35 million square meters and has over 300,000 palm trees. In 2022, we produced 2,000,000 kilograms of dates, with plans to increase this to 5,000,000 kilograms by 2027. We export to countries like China, India, Egypt, Morocco, the Arab Emirates, and Australia, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030. All our farms operate on organic principles to ensure sustainable and healthy products.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will manage the financial planning and analysis activities, oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing finance operations, developing strategies to increase profitability, conducting analytical assessments, and coordinating with other departments to support business objectives.QualificationsProficient in Financial Planning and Finance operationsExperience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plusExperience in the agriculture or food production industry is beneficialProven ability to work on-site in a high-paced environmentملخص الوظيفة: يكون المدير المالي مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على جميع الجوانب المالية للشركة، بما في ذلك إدارة الاستراتيجية المالية، والتخطيط، والموازنات، والتقارير المالية، وضمان الامتثال للأنظمة والمعايير المحاسبية. كما يساهم بدور رئيسي في دعم القرارات الاستراتيجية للإدارة العليا وتحقيق أهداف النمو والاستدامة المالية.المهام والمسؤوليات:تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات المالية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة طويلة الأمد.إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.إدارة التدفقات النقدية وضمان كفاءة إدارة السيولة.الإشراف على الميزانيات السنوية ومراقبة الأداء المالي الفعلي مقابل المتوقع.متابعة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات المالية.تقديم التحليلات والتوصيات المالية لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية والاستثمارية.قيادة الفريق المالي وتطوير مهاراتهم لضمان كفاءة الأداء وجودة التقارير.التنسيق مع البنوك والمراجعين والجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة.تطوير أنظمة وإجراءات مالية حديثة لتحسين الحوكمة والشفافية.المتطلبات والمؤهلات:درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال (ويُفضل حملة الماجستير أو شهادة مهنية مثل CPA / CMA / CFA).خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي.إلمام قوي بالتشريعات المالية والمحاسبية في المملكة العربية السعودية.مهارات عالية في التحليل المالي وإدارة المخاطر والتخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي.إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.مهارات قيادية واتصال ممتازة وقدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة ديناميكية ومتعددة المهام.
