Reporting to the CEO and partnering with and investors eager to fund growth, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, leading its transition from an outsourced model to a best-practice in-house capability.You'll oversee everything from financial control and statutory reporting through to commercial decision support and strategic planning. You've modernised systems, fixed broken processes and shaped finance functions into credible, insight-driven partners to the business.You'll bring a background in financial services, capital-backed or highly regulated industries.
