Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Private Equity-backed Portfolio Company📍 Location: Munich, Germany⌨️ Job-Code: E1-008-C📅 Start Date: As soon as possible💼 Mid-sized company (~€100m revenue) | Private Equity-backed | Growth-focusedOn behalf of our client, a pan-European Private Equity firm, Thronsberg has been exclusively mandated to identify and appoint an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of its portfolio companies headquartered in Munich.The company is a well-established, solidly financed, EBITDA positive and cash accretive mid-sized business generating approximately €100 million in annual revenues, with strong market positioning and clear plans for organic growth.This is a pivotal role for an ambitious finance leader ready to step into a highly visible, board-facing position and actively shape the value creation journey of a private equity-backed company.The OpportunityThe incoming CFO will act as a true business partner to the CEO and the PE sponsor, leading the financial steering of the business while also playing a key role in executing growth initiatives, improving operational performance, and professionalizing internal processes.This is not a passive reporting function.
