Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. ResponsibilitiesCreate and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEOSupport the financial planning and analysis effortsOversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company auditsPrepare financial statements and reportsEnsure legal compliance on all financial functionsManage relationships with banksQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).Strong finance-based analytical skills10–15 years of progressive financial experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.CPA or MBA preferred but not requiredProven track record in strategic financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management.Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Hands-on experience in managing accounting systems and ERP platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive and board level.Exposure to regional or global operations.M&A or fundraising experience is highly desirable.Placement: Tangerang
