Renowned for fast turnaround times, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to service excellence, it continues to drive reliability and innovation across every project it supports.About the Role:We are seeking a forward thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and steer the organisation through its next phase of growth and transformation. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will oversee financial governance, capital strategy, and enterprise risk management, ensuring the organisation’s financial strength and long-term sustainability.This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of multi-entity operations, mergers and acquisitions, and global market dynamics, someone who can partner with the CEO and Board to drive strategic direction, optimise performance, and deliver enduring value to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Leading enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis across all business units and regions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and long-term growth priorities.Providing strategic financial insights and modelling to support executive decision-making, investment strategies, and business transformation initiatives.Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and tax strategies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and robust internal control frameworks.Managing key commercial and financial activities including pricing, tender evaluation, margin analysis, and acquisition due diligence to maximise business performance.Driving financial systems innovation and best practice implementation to enhance global scalability, operational efficiency, and organisational resilience.About You:A relevant degree in accounting or finance, complemented by a CPA or MBA qualification, and extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles.Highly knowledgeable in accounting principles, financial modelling, strategic planning, and compliance frameworks.Experienced in mergers and acquisitions, with the ability to identify opportunities, lead due diligence, and manage complex negotiations.Skilled in developing and implementing financial and operational business plans while delivering accurate reporting at Board and Executive levels.This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape financial strategy and influence key business decisions within a growing organisation, supported by a collaborative culture and a competitive executive remuneration package.**Applicants must be Australian/New Zealand citizens or have Permanent Residency.
