About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team of a Vingroup member company. As a core member of this new business top leadership team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in establishing the financial foundation and driving growth strategy.The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to build and scale financial systems and practices from the ground up, contribute as a trusted business partner to the Board and senior management, and work closely with pioneering teams to translate ambitious business plans into reality.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting.Drive financial strategy development and implementation from day one, ensuring alignment with the business’s launch and early growth requirements.Lead process reviews to identify optimization, cost reduction, and profit maximization opportunities across all phases of business development.Monitor business performance and establish robust tracking and corrective actions; build a culture of data-driven decision-making and transparency.Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts; deliver timely financial insights to inform strategy and operations.Develop financial controls and reporting structures appropriate to a rapidly scaling, new business environment.Lead the introduction and reinforcement of best practices, policies, and workflow tools from the outset.Ensure ongoing compliance with financial and regulatory requirements at all governmental levels by continuously updating and applying necessary standards.Liaise with key stakeholders and potential investors; play a leadership role in early-stage capital raising activities, beyond traditional lines of credit, as the business scales.Assume other vital responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of a new, high-growth business.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of executive leadership experience in finance/accounting; experience with large / fast-growing companies is highly valued.Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to thrive in dynamic, changing environments.Strategic and operational mindset with hands-on experience in business and process optimization.Demonstrated ability to structure and manage capital requirements and fundraising, including for new or high-growth businesses.Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA, ICAEW) are a plus but not mandatory.Strong analytical, presentation, and decision-making capability.Familiarity with Vietnamese and international accounting standards and compliance requirements.RemunerationWe offer a highly competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and growth potential, along with a unique opportunity to influence and shape the future of a groundbreaking new venture within Vingroup.
