This is the perfect opportunity for a high-performing Financial Controller from an international or high-growth company who’s ready to step up and lead at the strategic level.You’ll own the financial strategy that supports Your Reformer’s global expansion, partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale sustainably and profitably.This role will be based in Mornington, Victoria, with flexible hybrid work from home arrangements.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Financial StrategyLead the company’s financial vision and strategy, aligning with Your Reformer’s mission and growth goals.Develop and execute long-term financial models and capital strategies to support international expansion, product innovation, and operational scaling.Partner with the CEO on investment planning, and capital efficiency to ensure a healthy balance between growth and profitability.Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Founders, presenting actionable insights and clear financial narratives.Financial Operations & GovernanceOversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting, and compliance.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies.Build and refine systems to enhance financial visibility, efficiency, and control.Manage tax, audit, and regulatory relationships across international jurisdictions.Data, Insights & Performance ManagementEstablish a data-led culture by delivering meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide executive decision-making.Implement business intelligence tools and scalable reporting frameworks.Translate financial data into actionable commercial insights to drive performance in sales, operations, supply chain, and product.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead a high-performing finance team, mentoring emerging talent and instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.Foster collaboration across departments to ensure financial understanding and ownership company-wide.Partner with People & Culture to align compensation, benefits, and headcount strategies with business performance.Stakeholder Management & Growth EnablementAct as the financial face of Your Reformer to investors, auditors, bankers, and global partners.Support strategic partnerships and global expansion through strong financial due diligence and risk management.Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, new market entry, and product profitability.You’ll have:Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader in a complex, fast-growing, or international organisation.Deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.Exceptional ability to build systems, controls, and insights for scaling companies.Strong commercial acumen and communication skills; you can influence and collaborate at every level.CPA/CA qualification.A love for innovation, wellness, and purpose-led business is a plusWhy Join UsAt Your Reformer, you’ll join a fast-moving, values-driven company that’s reimagining fitness with design, quality, and purpose.
