CHRO - International and Industrial Growth CompanySchelstraete Delacourt is looking for an experienced HR leader for a leading industrial group headquartered in Belgium, with operations in multiple countries. The company is in a phase of strong and sustainable growth, both organically and through targeted acquisitions. To support this growth and prepare the organization for the future, HR plays a crucial role as a strategic business partner. In this context, we are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who will further professionalize the HR policy and make the organization future-ready. The CHRO is part of the Executive Committee and reports directly to the CEO.Key Responsibilities1) Strategic organizational development and talent managementDevelop an integrated, forward-looking HR strategy that supports the continued growth of the organization.Establish a strong framework for talent management, talent development, and succession planning.Proactively build the capabilities and structures the organization needs to successfully support further expansion. Act as a strategic sparring partner to the leadership team on workforce planning and organizational design.2) Culture and leadershipPlay a key role in the transformation towards an entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and proactive company culture.Inspire and coach management teams at all levels so that they can act as true leaders of change.Strengthen ownership, accountability, and collaboration across the different sites.3) Operational excellence within HRFurther develop and structure the HR organization to increase efficiency, quality, and impact.Optimize processes related to HR administration, payroll, policies, and digital tools.Ensure consistency and synergy between the various entities and countries.Who are we looking for?You currently operate at the level of CHRO, HR Director or HR Manager in an international and industrial context.You have at least 10 years of experience in a generalist HR leadership role, with proven results in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development.You have experience in multi-site environments, preferably in production or engineering-driven companies.Experience with mergers, integrations, or listed company environments is a strong asset.You are an entrepreneurial and forward-looking leader who combines strategy and execution with ease.
