Traditionally a family-run business, the organization is now moving toward a corporate structure, professional systems, and scalable operations — setting the stage for significant expansion in the coming years.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and hands-on HR leader who can drive organizational transformation. The CHRO / Head of HR will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, building modern HR frameworks, and creating a high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s growth vision.This is an excellent opportunity for a young and ambitious HR professional who may not yet hold the CHRO title but has the capability, confidence, and energy to take on this leadership role.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead the transition from a family-run to a corporate HR structure — establishing processes, policies, and systems. Design and implement organization structure, HR frameworks, and SOPs. Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management. Build a service excellence and customer-focused culture across all levels. Manage payroll, compliance, and HR operations efficiently. Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and expansion plans. Act as a trusted advisor to management, balancing empathy with accountability. Drive change initiatives and lead by example in implementing modern HR best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile 8–15 years of experience in HR, preferably within hospitality, QSR, or service-oriented industries. Proven experience in organizational transformation, culture building, and policy implementation. Energetic, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in both structured and evolving environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work with both ownership and on-ground teams. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
