You will steer the transformation of IT from a service provider into a strategic function - integrating digital commerce, customer experience, and analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes.As CIO, you will combine deep technical acumen with strong leadership and emotional intelligence to foster collaboration across all business units. You will inspire a high-performing team and ensure that technology investments enable sustainable growth, efficiency, and customer value.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: develop and execute a forward-thinking ICT and digital strategy aligned with business goals, commercial growth, and customer engagement.Digital Transformation: lead the design and delivery of a digital commerce roadmap, enhance omnichannel customer experiences, and improve ERP (Pronto) functionality through smart applications.Data & Analytics: champion the use of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI to enable insight-led decisions and drive productivity.Cybersecurity & Governance: oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk management to ensure reliability, compliance, and resilience.Leadership & Culture: build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, customer-centric IT team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Business Partnership: act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and ELT, translating complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes and value creation.Financial Management: manage IT and digital budgets, ensuring sound investment decisions and measurable ROI across digital and transformation initiatives.Your ProfileYou are a strategic, people-focused technology leader with a proven record of delivering digital transformation in complex, multi-site or distribution-based environments.
