Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and strengthen cybersecurity across Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments. This role combines executive leadership with direct involvement in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions. You will drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud-native security, and industrial control system security, while ensuring the organization’s resilience and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy across IT and OT environments, aligning with business objectives.Lead hands-on design, deployment, and management of security frameworks, controls, and monitoring systems for both enterprise IT and industrial OT infrastructure.Implement emerging technologies including AI-driven threat detection, predictive analytics, IoT security solutions, and cloud security platforms.Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and cyber resilience programs.Collaborate with business leaders, IT/OT teams, and external partners to manage risks, compliance, and regulatory obligations.Mentor and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team across IT and OT domains, providing hands-on guidance and technical expertise.Serve as the executive voice on cybersecurity matters, reporting to the board and C-suite stakeholders.Requirements: Proven experience as a CISO, Head of Security, or senior cybersecurity leader with direct hands-on experience in IT and OT security.Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure, IoT, cloud security, and enterprise IT systems.Exposure in emerging technologies, including AI/ML-driven security, automation, advanced monitoring, and predictive threat analytics will be added advantage. Demonstrated success in risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across complex, multi-domain environments.Ability to combine strategic leadership with technical expertise, providing hands-on guidance to the team and implementing security solutions directly.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or GICSP are highly desirable.MORGAN MCKINLEYEA Licence No: 11C5502Registration No: R1106192
