Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Cyber Security / CISO, you will be the strategic leader driving the organization's cybersecurity vision and resilience.Key responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership: Advise the Board on cybersecurity risks and align security strategy with business goals.Cybersecurity Strategy: Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, including SOC, threat intelligence, and data protection.Security Architecture: Oversee secure system design across code, software, and infrastructure.Governance & Risk: Develop and enforce security policies, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.Incident Response: Lead digital forensics and rapid incident response planning and execution.Vulnerability & Threat Management: Oversee penetration testing, threat modelling, and risk mitigation.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business units to embed security into operations and technology adoption.Cybersecurity Education: Drive awareness and training programmes across the organization.Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies including AI/ML to enhance security capabilities. Main RequirementsWe're looking for a seasoned cybersecurity leader with experience: 15+ years in cybersecurity and risk management, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.Track Record: Proven success in building and leading cybersecurity teams in large, mature organisations. Technical Expertise:IT infrastructure (WAN & LAN)Cloud and blockchain securityLinux, Microsoft platform and web application securityCybersecurity architecture and development lifecycleRisk Management: Strong background in enterprise-wide risk frameworks, policy development, and threat mitigation.
