Read on for more details!The RoleWe are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Information & Technology Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and drive transformative initiatives, including the launch and evolution of CAREFORCE24, our custom-built ERP platform. This is your opportunity to shape the future of home care by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning to enhance client and caregiver outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Own the IT Roadmap: Developed and executed a comprehensive IT roadmap to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and achieve key business objectives. Identified and integrated emerging technologies to position CAREFORCE24 as an industry-leading platform and maintain a competitive edgeAI Strategy Development: Developed and executed a comprehensive AI roadmap to enhance predictive analytics, automation, and machine learning, driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
