Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role based in London/New York/Milan/Hong Kong, offering flexibility for some remote work. As the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) - Digital Assets, you will be responsible for designing and implementing investment strategies focused on digital and real-world tokenized assets and Crypto. Key responsibilities include overseeing portfolio management, developing and managing investment models, identifying new opportunities in digital assets, and staying updated on industry trends. You will play a pivotal role in driving returns while ensuring risk management processes are robust and aligned with company objectives.QualificationsStrong expertise in Investment Strategies and Portfolio Management - Digital Asset focusProven experience in Investment Management and Investments in DIgital Assets and CryptoAdvanced knowledge of Finance and capital marketsExcellent analytical and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with tokenization of real-world assets and the digital asset ecosystemAbility to lead a team and work collaboratively across diverse stakeholdersMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferredExperience in digital asset investments, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency is highly advantageous
