Our vision is to be the leading people and business management firm globally, fostering brilliance in educational training and overall business performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the development of Investment Policy Statements and comprehensive financial plans for large institutional clients.Implement and execute strategic asset allocation decisions, ensuring efficient rebalancing and tactical adjustments.Develop frameworks for portfolio and investment risk measurement and management.Determine strategic asset allocation recommendations in consideration of current market environments.🔹 Compliance & Risk ManagementMonitor entity and client investment funds (Pre- and Post-trade) to ensure portfolio compliance and resolve exceptions.Oversee compliance control systems to mitigate organizational risk exposure.Ensure periodic audits of risk management processes for relevance and adherence to current laws and regulations.Maintain and update compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with evolving regulatory requirements.🔹 Portfolio Oversight & PerformanceDevelop procedures to review portfolios for security, performance, and consistency with clients’ investment profiles.Identify suitable investment opportunities to align with clients’ long-term financial goals and risk tolerance.Oversee benchmark identification and monitor both relative and absolute portfolio performance.Generate periodic research reports with actionable insights to support investment decision-making.🔹 Client Engagement & AdvisoryDevelop and execute evaluation frameworks to measure outcomes and improve transaction quality.Create and maintain Coronation Ecosystem standards for investment selection and management.Develop compliance policies on financial planning, client profiling, and “Know Your Client” (KYC) standards.Demonstrate expertise in investment products and strategies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused investment solutions.🔹 Leadership & Continuous ImprovementCoach teams on best practices in investment selection and management.Drive the development and optimization of a flexible, evolving investment platform.Ensure that risk mitigation policies are well-grounded in strategy, policy, and portfolio risk modelling.Develop frameworks and criteria for industry profiling and segmentation.Education & Work ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Master’s Degree in Business or Finance — an added advantage.Professional certifications in Finance and/or Accounting are highly desirable.Over 10 years of relevant professional experience, with proven success in investment and financial management.Prior experience in an investment banking environment is a strong advantage.Skills & Core CompetenciesDeep understanding of investment market analysis, with the ability to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across asset classes.Skilled in forecasting market trends and anticipating economic conditions, providing strategic insights to mitigate risks and enhance performance.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Extensive knowledge of investment vehicles and financial instruments.Exceptional research and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.Proven client-facing expertise with a commitment to relationship management and client satisfaction.Up-to-date understanding of investment trends and financial management practices.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure.
