Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing for growth, cost efficiency, and scalability.Build and oversee multi-channel marketing funnels, from awareness to conversion, ensuring campaigns are structured to maximize lead generation and revenue.Optimize marketing investments: manage ad budgets effectively 15k USD+ per month or equivalent) to deliver measurable ROI, while enhancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency.Create and implement A/B testing, analyzing creative variations, audience segments, and landing pages to improve overall conversion rates and funnel performance.Lead, manage, and grow the marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration between performance marketing, content, creative, and product teams to drive cohesive results.Use data-driven insights from tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API to inform decision-making and continuously optimize campaign performance.Maintain a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and AI-driven advertising innovations to stay ahead of the curve and lead the adoption of new tools and technologies.Provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership on campaign performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations for future growth.Requirements5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.Proven success in driving performance growth through paid media campaigns and building customer acquisition strategies that scale.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Strong expertise in data analysis, performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV), and conversion optimization.In-depth experience managing large-scale budgets and optimizing paid media campaigns for profitability.Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms).A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and lead teams toward shared goals.Why This Role Matters As the CMO, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s marketing ecosystem, responsible for shaping its future and defining the direction of growth.
