Role OverviewThe Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing and brand strategy of INOI — an international technology company integrating hardware, digital platforms, and financial services.The CMO builds a unified image of the brand across all regions, ensuring that marketing drives both sales growth and ecosystem adoption in production, distribution, and fintech markets.The role requires a leader with strategic vision, execution discipline, and strong creative instincts — capable of managing global agencies, local teams, and digital transformation of marketing processes. Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine and lead the global brand identity, communication tone, and key messaging for INOI.Ensure consistency of “Finance-first, Smartphone-first” positioning across all countries.Develop marketing strategies that connect product, digital, and financial inclusion in one ecosystem. 2. Global & Regional Marketing ManagementBuild and supervise marketing structures across regions (Africa, Asia, LATAM, MENA).Manage selection, performance, and control of external agencies — media, creative, PR, and digital.Approve and oversee local marketing plans, ensuring ROI and alignment with business goals. 3. Digital & Performance MarketingLead global digital campaigns, performance marketing, and influencer strategies.Develop CRM-based communication (email, WhatsApp, referral) for retention and upsell.Coordinate content, social media, and community management (Fans Club, referral programs). 4. Product & Fintech Marketing IntegrationPartner with Product, Finance, and Sales teams to design market launch strategies for smartphones and financial services.Drive communication for loan products, referral programs, and upgrade schemes.Ensure marketing is data-driven and connected with ERP/CRM/Finance dashboards. 5. Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and lead a global marketing team with regional managers and country specialists.Implement performance-based KPIs (sales impact, brand awareness, engagement).Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and measurable results. Requirements12–15+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in consumer electronics, telecom, or fintech.Proven record of managing multinational campaigns and agency networks.Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems, e-commerce, and influencer marketing.Deep understanding of brand building in emerging markets.Strategic mindset, excellent communication, and high execution speed.Fluency in English; other regional languages (Arabic, French, Swahili, Bahasa) are a plus.
