Job Title: Vice President of Growth/CMOThe Impact You Will Have:Liberty Home Guard is the nation’s fastest-growing and top-rated home warranty provider, licensed and regulated in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We provide homeowners with comprehensive protection for home systems and appliances while serving as a trusted partner for their needs.We are seeking a highly strategic, execution focused, and data driven Vice President of Growth to lead our marketing and growth efforts across all channels. This senior leadership role will oversee acquisition, retention, brand, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring Liberty Home Guard continues its rapid trajectory while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a regulated environment.The VP of Growth will drive full-funnel performance, lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize conversion and retention, and evolve our brand positioning. You’ll partner closely with our Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to deliver measurable, sustainable growth.Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive growth strategy across paid search/social, SEO, affiliates, comparison sites, email/SMS, TV, OTT (CTV), and direct mail, ensuring CAC/LTV and growth targets, including brand awareness and demand generation targets, are achieved.Build and scale lead-generation engines, improve upon lead scoring and routing logic, and align with Sales and Call Center SLAs to maximize conversion.Design and execute onboarding, renewal, cross-sell, upsell, and churn-reduction campaigns; partner with Retentions and Customer Care to improve customer longevity.Lead A/B testing across pricing, terms, deductibles, and offers; collaborate with Finance to maintain profitability within margin guardrails.Oversee the evolution of brand positioning and creative strategy, ensuring high-impact, compliant messaging that communicates value and reliability.Own and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, payback period, ROAS by channel and state, renewal rates, NPS, and claim-related churn.Build and manage relationships with affiliates, realtors, property managers, contractors, OEMs, and retailers; develop co-branded campaigns, co-op assets, and MDF incentive programs.Ensure all marketing and communication initiatives comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, TSR, and state-specific insurance regulations.Implement compliant review-generation processes in line with consumer protection and advertising standards.Grow Liberty Home Guard’s reputation footprint by increasing verified reviews and trust indicators (BBB, Google, Trustpilot, etc.), managing social listening, and overseeing PR/crisis communications.Lead pricing and promotional testing strategies, including experimentation on term lengths, deductibles, bundles, and limited-time offers to optimize growth and profitability.Oversee the strategy, design, and testing of landing pages, quote flows, and conversion funnels to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.Work closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and compliance requirements.Mentor and develop a high-performing team of growth, creative, and analytics professionals, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.Own and manage Liberty Home Guard’s growth P&L, ensuring efficiency and profitability across all marketing investments.Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.What You’ll Bring to the Team8+ years in high-growth, performance-driven environments including at least 3+ years managing and scaling teams and omnichannel marketing campaigns. (insurance, home services, fintech, or other regulated D2C industries).Proven success managing $15M+ annual media budgets and improving CAC/LTV performance with <12-month payback.Experience building scalable, multi-channel marketing infrastructures, including upper funnel, brand awareness campaigns and tracking performance of campaigns utilizing best performance measurement methods including, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.Advanced proficiency with analytics and attribution models (MMM/MTA, incrementality testing) and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Mode).Strong understanding of funnel metrics, state-variable pricing strategies, and seasonality planning.Partnerships with OEMs, retailers, and contractors; co-branded offers.Excellent leadership, communication, and contract negotiation skillsWorking knowledge of SQL or data querying for performance analysis is a plus.Proven record of ownership over major budgets and successful growth initiatives in regulated industries.Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 annuallyAlternate Titles: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Vice President of Marketing
