About OWN HealthOWN Health is building the world’s first AI Health Account — a secure, intelligent platform that unifies your medical data, wearables, biomarkers, and lifestyle information to help you predict and prevent disease.Our mission is to shift healthcare from reactive to proactive by giving every person the tools and insights to manage their health with the same clarity they manage their finances.We’re looking for a Director of Marketing as late co-founder to lead our brand, growth, and community — transforming preventive health into a global movement.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDefine OWN’s brand identity and voice, combining medical trust with lifestyle appeal.Lead go-to-market strategy for app launches and drive early growth through multi-channel campaigns.Build product-led growth loops and referral systems that accelerate adoption.Manage content, PR, and influencer partnerships to position OWN as a thought leader in preventive health.Use data-driven insights to optimize funnels, engagement, and retention.Grow the Founding Member Community and drive storytelling that builds long-term trust.🧠 Ideal Profile5+ years in growth or brand marketing, ideally in digital health or consumer SaaS.Proven experience launching early-stage products from MVP to scale.Skilled in storytelling, analytics, and community building.Strong grasp of healthtech communication and data trust.Passionate about AI, prevention, and human-centered design.📦 Terms & BenefitsCompensation: Salary after funding or revenue milestone.Equity: 1–5% (based on experience).Vesting: 4 years, 1-year cliff.Commitment: 20–30 hrs/week initially, with full-time path.Location: Remote-first (EU preferred).
