Chief of Corporate Communications

Role:Lead all internal and external communications to build and protect the Group’s reputation, brand, and stakeholder trust. Shape corporate messaging, manage media and public relations, and align communication across all subsidiaries.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the Group’s communication and brand strategy.Serve as chief spokesperson; manage media, PR, and crisis communication.Oversee internal communications and employee engagement.Support investor, government, and stakeholder relations.Lead communication governance and digital/ESG messaging.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communications, PR, or related field.15+ years’ experience, including senior roles in large groups.Strong leadership, media, and strategic communication skills.Excellent English and Vietnamese communication (or bilingual equivalent).
