From building and expanding the FAT brand globally through FAT International, to developing the next generation of racing talent with the FAT Karting League, to competing at the highest levels with FAT Racing, and investing into high-potential opportunities via FAT Ventures – FAT World ensures the entire ecosystem operates with alignment, excellence, and impact.About the jobAs Chief of Staff at FAT World, you will be the right hand to the Partners (Founders), ensuring operational excellence, financial oversight, and strategic execution across the FAT portfolio. This is a cross-company role: you will not sit inside one business but above them, making sure the entire FAT ecosystem runs smoothly and grows sustainably. You will work closely with both Partners and act as a multiplier of their impact – amplifying productivity, enabling smart decision-making, and driving efficiency across all holdings.This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Vienna, Austria, office.Role ResponsibilitiesStrategic Counsel: Support the Partners on key decisions across all FAT holdings, prepare analysis and recommendations, and ensure strategic alignment.Finance & Operations Oversight: Build reporting and KPI structures across the portfolio; monitor performance; support fundraising, investments, and financial planning.Organization Building: Establish scalable processes across businesses, ensure best practices are shared, and build structures that enable growth.Operational Efficiency: Spot bottlenecks across the ecosystem, propose solutions, and drive implementation of improved systems and processes.Special Projects: Lead cross-functional projects across businesses, from new market entries to strategic partnerships, and deliver results end-to-end.
