We’re looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff (Associate) to lead daily Marketing and Corporate Communications coordination while supporting the C-suite with operations and executive tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, confident with website/WordPress updates, and able to manage cross-department activities smoothly. Executive & Administrative Management Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and follow-ups for C-suite leaders. Prepare agendas, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and action trackers for senior meetings. Ensure smooth communication flow between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Support executives with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements. 2. Client Relationship & Customer Engagement Act as a key contact for clients to ensure smooth communication and service quality. Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and engagement. Oversee billing accuracy, invoice follow-ups, and contract documentation. Track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for management review. 3. Communications & Branding Lead and take ownership of all corporate communication activities to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging. Review and refine communication materials including announcements, press releases, internal memos, and statements. Ensure the corporate website, internal channels, and publications stay updated and aligned with branding standards. Champion consistent messaging and brand integrity across all regional entities. 4. Marketing & Engagement Coordination Manage and drive all marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand-building activities. Review and approve marketing collaterals, presentations, and digital content for consistency and quality. Lead planning and coordination for digital campaigns, promotional plans, and customer engagement strategies. Guide the Marketing team to ensure all activities support business goals and brand standards. Track campaign results and prepare regular updates for senior leadership. 5. Reporting, Insights & Operational Support Maintain accurate records of client interactions, billing updates, communication tasks, and executive priorities. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports for leadership, including engagement metrics and project updates. Track timelines and ensure completion of assigned tasks across departments. Support ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned by Senior Leadership. Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, customer engagement, or executive support roles. Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, content creation, and communication processes. Experience with WordPress, website updates, website content management, or basic website building/maintenance is required. Able to coordinate website improvements with vendors, internal teams, or external developers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organisational discipline. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn across marketing, corporate communications, and operations. Skills & Competencies : Strong written and verbal communication skills. WordPress and website content management capabilities. Basic digital marketing and branding knowledge. Good design sense using Canva/Adobe tools. Strong coordination and organisational skills for C-suite support. Ability to manage Marketing and Corporate Communications daily tasks. Effective stakeholder and client relationship management. Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
